TurboStack servers

Order a TurboStack server in the Customer Center and manage it - status, reboot, credentials and reverse DNS.

You order TurboStack servers in the Customer Center and configure them in the TurboStack Platform. This page covers ordering a server and the basic server management available in the portal.

  1. Open the green Order menu in the top bar and select TurboStack.
  2. Choose a plan and select Order.

The plans range from a single managed server (TurboStack Platinum) to larger and cloud-based options (TurboStack and TurboStack Cloud). After ordering and paying, the server is provisioned and appears under your services.

Find your servers

Select Services > TurboStack in the sidebar to list your servers with their hostname, IP address, status and expiry date. Use the All / Active / Cancelled tabs to filter.

Manage a server

Open a server (from the dashboard or the services list) to see its Overview:

  • Server details - status (on/off), hostname, IP address, login user and password (select show to reveal), operating system, location, and the CPU, memory and storage of the plan.

  • Reboot and Shutdown - power actions for the server. More holds further actions.

  • Reverse DNS - set the reverse Domain Name System (DNS) name for the server's IP address.

  • Billing - the service's billing details and renewal.

Upgrade (resize) your server

When your site outgrows its current plan, upgrade it from the Customer Center:

  1. Go to Services > TurboStack and open the server.
  2. On the right of Server details, select Upgrade.
  3. Choose the new plan size, select Continue to review the billing, then Submit to start the automated upgrade.

A TurboStack Platinum server is resized without a reboot; other plans reboot once as part of the upgrade. The whole process is automated.
