Two-factor authentication

Add a one-time code from an authenticator app to protect your TurboStack account.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a one-time code from an authenticator app in addition to your password.

Enable 2FA

You set up and manage 2FA in the Hosted Power Customer Center, not on the TurboStack Platform profile page. Once it is enabled there, the Platform asks for your one-time code when you sign in.

  1. Sign in to the Customer Center.
  2. Open its security settings and start the 2FA setup.
  3. Scan the displayed QR code (Quick Response code) with an authenticator app on your device.
  4. Enter the current code from the app to confirm setup.

Signing in with 2FA

After 2FA is enabled, the Platform prompts you for a one-time code each time you sign in. You can choose remember this device to skip the prompt for 30 days on that device. After that period, or when you sign in from a different device, you are prompted for a code again.

For the full sign-in process, see Logging In.
